I think this company buys stale, bad debts and tries to persuade people to pay time-barred debts. In most cases collection is barred by the applicable statute of limitations.

he was close to my address , I asked his name and who he worked for. He said I already told you that , (he did not tell me anything of it)told me to get pin and paper. I hung up. He called 2 more times. I picked the phone up and hung it up.
